I posted this image on another forum not long after I took it and they all pretty much liked it. I'm on the fence somedays I do somedays I don't
Thought I would post it here and get a more discerning opinion

I like the reflections and the light. The bottom left is quite dark though, I think I might crop from the bottom to just under the trees on the right. :wavey:

Thomas,
If it were mine I am thinking I would be ambivalent if I had what I thought was a stronger shot from the same shoot. Sometimes otherwise fine shots will be lower on the scale for me just because another one out ranks it and I will think"ehhh it's ok " I would try lightening the left space where you can barely see beyond the tree. The color is wild and I like the ripples in the water -looks pretty darn good to me so i'm curious why you are on the fence about it.

Thomas,

I kinda feel like you about it. I am on the fence.

I like the theme, but would prefer more clarity. Too much trees, perhaps. The right side of the image is what is pulling me into the lovely scene and I keep wanting more. The left side shuts the rest down.

Not on the fence at - I love this. It's not necessarily well balanced but I think that gives it an added sense of depth. Love the colors also.
