I believe at one time someone at NPN posted a pretty comprhensive review of the self publishing services out there (i.e. print & bind a book of images you supply). Does anyone out there know where I can find this article?

You might also check out the nice article by Michael Reichmann at 'the luminous landscape' which details his experiences self publishing a book on Bangladesh. The link is on the front page of the website.

Ken, the options outlined in the article are good if you plan to print a fairly low volume.
There are at least a couple of people on NPN who are also publishers (e.g. Jerry Greer and Todd Caudle) and may be able to help you out with larger volumes.
