Another shot I've recently processed from my Memorial Day trip

Thomas, This is very cool! I especially like the sky and those clouds. I am not sure if I wouldnt like this better without the dark tree on the right - come in tighter on those clump of trees out in the water, and go vertical with that sky.

Nice find

This is one of those images that I wasn't sure about to begin with, but it kind of grew on me.
But I also like this crop, thanks Richard for the suggestion is this what you had in mind ?

The sky and rippled water is powerful when you allow yourself to sink into the shot.

Thomas,

Personally, I like this better. Others might disagree, but I think this one speaks with a clearer voice. Nicely done.

I like the first shot best, but Richard's shot is also good.

Thomas,

I like the cropped version better also. Nice feel to this shot.

Bob

PS. I also like what is happening with the trees and the reflection. Did you do any tight shots on this area?

Definitely the cropped version. Very powerful with the clouds and the sun rays.
