Sugar Hill Saturday the Seventeenth
The sky was uncooperative last night, and the haze is coming in pretty thick. I got some shots after dark...see Man and Nature gallery, but I live this one for it's simplicity.

Anyway, nearing peak out there, perhaps going back tuesday.

Hi Jim, This is very pleasing! I love all the purple verticals. I like the color saturation. The bird house in your image adds to it.
polarizer? photoshop color saturation?

Where is the bird house? I was there last weekend and did not see it.

You say near peak, I am surprised that the flowers progressed that quickly, last weekend the field witrh the wagon (on Sunset Hill) was perhaps 25%

Thanks Lisa,

Late light and a little saturation boost in photoshop, but it's amazing the color you can capture once the sun goes down...as long as everything holds still! The birdhouse is off the the left behind the driveway on the wagon wheel field. From the road, it's far left of the wagon.

Also, Jim Deasy, if you find this, thanks for kindly giving directions to and around the area!
