App for Long-exposure times?

Heading for Australia next week,  and want to get a lot of (good)  long-exposure, creamy waterfalls and ocean. Haven't used the 6-10 stop ND's before, so this is all new. 

There are phone apps to help you set the exposure times -  what apps do you landscape  Masters recommend?
