#827 (02/25/18 - 03/03/18) Staying Warm - Submitted by Mark Seaver. An image that creates a feeling a warmth. Might be someone very bundled up, standing in front of a heater,  a view into a fire, etc.

Mark, I tried sending emails to you using the link on one of your posts, but it was returned to me, twice, by the system.  Any idea why? I am on my notepad
I had a question about an image for the weekly challenge. Probably too late now, but then I will know for next time. I just wondered if I could submit an image that had already been posted in a gallery (that great gray owl image I posted in Avian).  I could not find info on this anywhere.

Mark, I had a email failure sometime ago on your link too. I forgot to mention it at the time as I got the answer after the need to connect with you. You might double check the address....enlightened

Paul and Genny,

Are you referring to the hot link that's part of my signature or is the failure when you click on the envelope button at the bottom of a post?  The signature hot link goes to my web site and I can adjust that.  The envelope button is controlled by the NPN website and I cannot change anything there.

Hi Mark,
It is not a good idea to have your e-mail address in your NPN signature--spammers will snag it. Since you have an e-mail contact form on your web site, then yes, you could link to that page.

Hey Mark, it's been awhile but I believe I used the envelope which I assume has your email address link embedded. I know mine works as others have sent me messages as well as Jim & Donna's broadcast messages come through too.

Most of my emails to other members through the NPN "envelope" link come back, and have for a very long time.Sandy

"The envelope button is controlled by the NPN website and I cannot change anything there."

Sounds like it might be a good time to check the email address listed in your member preferences.  Just click on "PREFERENCES" on the left side of the dark menu bar near the top of each Web page. ?

Hi All, I did a test of Mark's e-mail using the NPN 'envelope' the other day. It worked just fine for me.

Those of you who are having issues with NPN's e-mail, I ask that you post to this thread.

Thanks,
