ID please

This was the best shot I had. Taken today at the Savannah NWR.When I first saw the bird, I had an impression of a pale belly and a very stout bill. Unfortunately, as the camera acquired focus, the bird turned its back to me. I got this shot and one more and it was gone. Both shots are of the back of the bird. I'm hoping with the russet marking and the back feathers there is enough for an ID by someone smarter than me.
