I'm still trying to find DAM software as competent as Apple's abandoned Aperture. Ric Ford at Macintouch mentioned On1 Photo RAW. Has anyone here at NPN used it? Reactions?
Jim, I am not familiar with On1 Photo RAW, but since you are looking for a DAM application, I suggest taking a look at Photo Supreme from IDImager.
The application is very comprehensive and has excellent performance. It is available for Windows and Mac, and there is a free trial. If you need a server version, there are two: Postgre SQL and MS Sql Server.
I have been using Photo Supreme for a long time and it gets the job done. There is also an active forum. Highly recommended.

Jim
i have it but do not use it for DAM.
I have mixed feelings about it as a raw converter.
i have found a few bugs but it might be my computer.
i have never found a DAM program that meets all my expectations or needs.
