Second ID Request
I have gotten confused among birds, and people along the way that seem like experts have turned out to be wrong.  So I have four more ID requests, and then I promise that will be all for a long time.  I have named all of these, but they may all be wrong. 

I called this one a juvenile Least Bittern.  I'm just posting these on FB for friends.

100% correct - you can tell the difference between this and the American Bittern by size - this is clearly a small bird.  Also the bits of white indicate that it's a juvenile as you have identified
