So far not much of a season. The flooding and warmer weather has not been in our favor. There are some around but they have not been pressed to congregate at the river or the Locks yet. this last couple days with thte colder temps has helped. This morning there were 10-15 at L&D 18. Last week I was down as far as Mel Price #26 and with the river levals droping it still was low numbers. As of the last recorded count on the R.I. Corps sight Keokuk, IA was at 22; adult 8 Juv. This post is from a past season, but who wants to post a story and no photo. Will update as the season progresses.

Than ks for sharing this, Kendall. Doesn't matter if it's recent or not, I always enjoy seeing these images of the Bald Eagles. Hopefully they will soon be ther ein large numbers!
I like the fact that this Eagle appears to be very relaxed. Nice catch! :)
