I have a Panorama of the Tetons that I created in LR 22 meg and sent it off to a local lab for a 12 x 24 or 12 x 36 print. They said their is no way. Using their software even a 12 x 36 covers less than a fourth of the pic if I choose no crop to fit there is a lot of white space. How do I get this Panorama to fill a 12 x 24 or 12 x 36 print? There has to be a way.

I also have this frame like space on the front of my fireplace that's 3" x 36" and was looking to have that printed to place but the lab says same problem it cuts off so much it looks bad.

Any help is appreciated and I don't mind buying software to accomplish this.

I do not have a suggestion on how to get the print you want, but with the size you are looking for maybe it would be best to get the best print possible and then custom frame the print to fit your space.

From your description, I can't tell what the problem is.  22mb for a file that is to be printed at 12"x24" is TINY.  Are you sure you even have enough resolution to print that size from the file you are working on?

Second issue:  You say either a 12"x24" or a 12"x36" .  Those are 2 different aspect ratios.  2 to 1 and 3 to 1.  Which do you want because it will require a different crop and resulting image.

Your second question about a 3" x 36"???  Really??  That is really a small height (3") for a 36" wide print.  Do you want just a tiny sliver of the print in there as this is a 12 to 1 aspect ratio.

I don't know what you're asking based on how you phrased your question.
