I think, if you do not know how computer programs think, you are with me in the non-computer generation. The resolution to my previously posted problem with Canons DPP4 was so simple as to be embrassing. First, I tried what I thought was a Canon help line, but received a message that my problem would be corrected for a fee of either $17 or $19.00 dollars. I did not choose this service.
I was scrolling through my downloads looking for a photo that had been sent to me when I discovered that at some time I had downloaded the tutorial for DPP4. Went to it, within a few minutes had the answer to my problem of no frame numbers on my photos in DPP4. Opened the program, and with a bit of looking around found the correct tab and all of a sudden my frame numbers were there! At first I could not find the right tab, but with some looking around and did find it. I just do not think computer!
