Bob Falcone suggested this one. Let's see what we can find that shows the effects of wind on the enviornment. Broken limbs after a storm, blowing leaves, or ripples causing an abstract on a pond are some ideas. Let's see yours!
My starter is from Bisti Badlands in New Mexico.

Ripples in the wind blown sands.

This isn't a regional shot, but it is the windiest conditions I've ever shot in. There were 50 mph winds with 100 mph gusts at Gulfoss Falls in Iceland. Just staying upright and preventing my tripod from toppling over was a challenge.

Love Grant's Gulfoss Falls shot. Having been there and photographed it from near the same spot that Grant used, I came away with a pleasing result, only to see Grant's shot a couple of years later that literally blows mine away. If this doesn't scream wind, nothing does!
