Need Help With Photo Licensing

I've been approached by a large smartphone company to use one of my images as a wallpaper on their smartphones. Does anyone have experience with this kind of licensing? If so, and if you would be willing to help me come up with a licensing fee, could you contact me via email? Thanks!!
