I need a little gear help... Most of you know how much hiking I do. It's become a sort of cottage industry for me. I don't carry my DSLR with me as much as I should because I don't like having it hang off of me, and I don't want to constantly take my backpack on and off to shoot.
I've been thinking of the sling style pack, but I need one that holds a hydration bladder. It'll only need to carry a 5DII with a 24-105 and possible 17-35, I've seen the bigger 30 liter bags, but they look to big for my purposes. Anyone have any suggestions?

Bob, what about one of the Mindshift packs? I think I would prefer the support and stability of shoulder straps and waist belt even with a light load.

Thanks Doug. I posted this on the Facebook page, and Chris Ebright also suggested the Mindshift. I agree...the support over both shoulders is a plus.

Check out a chest pack. I've worn one for 15 years and love them.

Bob, I have a MindShift pack that I don't use (doesn't fit me -- was a Kickstarter). If you find your way up to Boulder & want to try it out, I'd be happy to let you use it for a while to let you decide if it works for you or not. I was going to bring it to the shindig, but my FJ is still in the shop. PM me if you want to check it out.

Monika, I sent you an e-mail with some questions about fit, etc.
