Please join Ram and I in welcoming Phil Hodgkins to the Flora moderator team. As most of you know Phil is a master of focus stacking and is the 2014 Flora EPA winner for his shot Day Lily #1.But more importantly we have been impressed by Phil's consistent and constructive critiques not only in Flora but across many NPN galleries. We think his addition to the team will solidify our claim that this is indeed the finest Flora gallery on the planet.
Congratulations Phil. Guess I'll have to make sure all my images are either tack sharp or in soft focus. Focus stacking is way off my radar. Seriously, welcome and thanks for taking on the task.

Congrats - you've made so much progress since you started and are in a great position to teach others what you've learned
Congratulations to you Phil on being the latest member to the Flora Moderator team. Although I've rarely ever posted in that gallery I've always appreciated your comments on my images being posted in the other arenas.
Your posted work and comments have been a real plus to the venue here at NPN.
