From looking at the thread concerning how many laguages people speak it seems that we have a widely (perhaps wildly) diverse group, at least geographically. I would love to drag out my old world map and see where everyone lives.

Since my geography is pretty rusty please list your city, state or province, and country.

I live in Gulf Breeze, Florida, USA. (small bedroom community across the bay from Pensacola,FL)

See my signature line below...

While we're here, this is perfect opportunity to remind everyone that your signature line is available on the preferences page (link in the green nav bar above). If you put a home location in your signature line, it is appended on all your posts. This can be very helpful when viewing images and doing critiques.

Kodiak, Alaska, and Bedrock, Colorado. Kodiak is easy enough to find, but you may need the help of the computer to find Bedrock.

This is easier to answer than where 'have' you lived. Fredericksburg, VA (one hour so. of DC) and missing the Rockies!!!

Columbia, Maryland - half way between Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD. Right in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic region. In four hours, I can be at Virginia Beach, VA, or in Cape May, NJ, or in the highlands of PA. In three hours, I can be at the Atlantic ocean or in the Shenandoah or Allegheny mountains in Virginia, West Virginia or Pennsylvania. In one hour, I can be on the eastern shore of the Chesapeak Bay or in the heart of Washington, DC, or Gettysburg, PA. The very first commercial railroad station for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, is 15 miles from my house in Ellicott City, MD. The oldest, continuously operating state house in America and the US Naval Academy are 30 miles away in Annapolis, MD. The Baltimore/Washington area is also host to two professional baseball teams, two professional football teams and one professional soccer team. We are also the home of a professional hockey team, and a mens and womens professional basketball team.

We are also the home to the largest population of hypocrites working under one roof in the United States.
