OK.... time for the announcement...... Gary Clendening and I will be running Colorado's newest national juried photography show: The National Month of Photography Juried Show at The Dairy Center, Presented by DuraPlaq, in Boulder. The prospectus should be ready by the end of September, the show and exhibit to be held in March and April of 2015. My goal is to have over $20,000 in cash and other awards. We expect the Call for Entries to go out to over 10,000 people. 150 images will make the cut!

From their website...CallforEntry.org™, also known as CaFÉ™ is a Web-based service that allows organizations and administrators to easily and cost-effectively manage artist-application and jury processes related to calls for entry and other events. The service is especially designed for use with public art projects, artist fellowships, juried visual-arts competitions, and many other types of calls for entry.
Basically, for artists, it is an application portal to submit one's work for contests or exhibits. Thus, for photographers, one can submit digital images for consideration for contests or exhibits and is also used to submit entry fees. Once you get on their mailing list, they periodically email a list of all "calls" for art across the country. FYI.. CaFE doesn't list every single exhibit or contest; only those that are submitted to them .
