'Round The Redwood Campire
Sitting around our campfire the first night I saw some stars peaking through the canopy. I figured I'd play around with some light painting and star shots, so I took a few of this 300' tree next to the fire. They came out better than I expected!

Nice. I like the cluster of stars just in the one gap of the canopy.

Sorry this is so late! I've been out of the loop for awhile.

I like this perspective and it looks like fun too! Painting the tree and capturing some stars too. Very nice!

It was fun Steve. I noticed the stars peaking through the canopy while we were sitting around the fire having a few beers. The trees were illuminated by the fire, so I figured, why not break out the camera and see what I can get? This was the result... :smile:
