I'm noticing a few new members in the Avian forum lately. How about we take a little extra time to welcome them and comment on their posts? I would prefer to have you post on their work rather than on mine... and for a lot of you that have been here for some time... you are getting some great shots... but you already knew that. I for one will try to post comments mainly to the new members. I see some posts from new members with 30-40 views, but only 2 comments. We can do better than that. :wavey:

Excellent point, Charlie. I agree wholeheartedly. The discussion and critique are the best part of NPN.
