I really like Malwarebytes.

I use MalwareBytes, and like it. It runs alongside my BitDefender AV without any conflicts. I have the Premium, paid, version on my workstation and laptop.

I am usually very leery of Beta software, especially something that hooks deeply into your OS. If you have Windows installed on a VM, then you'll be safe to try it, otherwise, I'd wait until it's out of Beta.
