I learned yesterday that Tom just had some pretty serious surgery. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.

Thank you for letting us know Jan. Is there an address where we can send a card? Would that be appropriate?

Thanks Jan, will do - hope he is all right. Does he not work at Boyd Metals? They might have a mailing address.

In speaking with Tom before his surgery he mentioned that he had let several folks know that it was scheduled. In consideration of that, I have not mentioned it here. I spoke with his daughter the afternoon of his surgery (Monday)...all went well and he was in recovery. I know he will be ready to get back in the woods in May.
