Not sure if this has been posted before. This elk is close enough to the photog to smell the PB&J on his breath.

OMG!! The photog looks totally relaxed. He was YAWNING in one part! I would not have been so calm.

An inch one way or another and he could have been gored or at the least loss of an eye. Thankfully, neither happened and the elk was no worse off either....... :eek:

This then turned out to be a worse incident in the long run.......
