Spring Ice
So far only one night of low enough dew point to require overhead sprinkling. Canon 7D; Canon 70/200L at 190; ISO 250; TV 1/750; 6.7

I didn't know it got cold enough for icicles like this, Hopefully the blooms survived!

The large photo shows good detail in the ice and buds making it much easier to see what's really happening in the photo. It tells a nice story.

Wowsers! I remember those days (lived in Yakima for 22 yrs)… heavy ice risks branches snapping from the weight. Oh, yeah …the photo..the diagonal slant across the frame is great… so too the jumble of icicles pops. Maybe a tad to tightly cropped…but, a winner fer sur!
