"The Sierra Club Chooses Killers Over Advocates for Life?"

Actually the mentality of Watson's and his followers only splinter the cause of conserving what we have left.

Should groups that don't agree on everything work together on common goals or should they let their differences divide them?

As much as I hate to admit it, all conservation groups (including hunters) should band together to protect our flora, fauna, and landscapes from the thugs who would do otherwise. It has proved to be a successful union in previous cases. Divisiveness amongst groups will only hasten the harm that can be done.

That being said, as a Sierra Club member (for conservation reasons), I don't agree with everything they do and say. They're wimpy beyond belief with respect to the population control issue, and they refuse to take a firm stance on plant-based diets for fear of angering/losing members.

Michael, I agree with all you said.

Remember when they disapproved of lug-soled boots?
