Mississippi River Eagles
My wife and I have been traveling down to the Mississippi River to watch eagles this winter. The River is mostly frozen but there is open water near Reeds Landing and below Lock and Dam #4 in Alma.

Nice shots, and a great story. I'm sure it has been colder up there than it has been for while. It makes it nice for keeping the eagles concentrated but that WNW wind keeps me in the vehicle a lot more. I will haave to see about getting up that way sometime. If nothing else just to eat at some of these places.
