Nik Software HDR Effects Crashing

I have the complete Nik Software Suite and in the last couple of weeks HDR Effects has stopped working on both my desktop and laptop. I've tried to reload it, but still keep getting a very brief message across the screen saying that it has crashed. Any ideas what I might try to resolve the issue.

Call NIK Support I have not had that problem

I would second Myer's suggestion. When I have had a problem with any of the Nik plugins I have called Nik/google support and they were great. You may need to reinstall with their newest installer.

Nik just released a big update today. See if that fixes things for you... :eek:
