Rorschach Test Landscape Photo

I was going to post this in the landscape gallery, but decided that it was probably not a worth photo to post. First some background. The photo was shot last week at one of the best, if not the best places I have ever visited to take nature/bird shots. I was there at sunset and did in fact post a photo in my gallery of the fiery sky. I came upon this scene of a clearing with the sunset forming a nice silhouette with the trees and it became an immediate Rorschach test - I saw something interesting formed by the lighted area. Without revealing what I saw, I wonder if anyone sees something as I did. I am also curious as to whether my decision not to post it as an example of landscape photography was a great decision. I am a newbie to the hobby and have been shooting mostly water birds. I do however hope to get into landscape photography when I gear up for it properly.

without having he slightest idea of the realms of imagination you have in mind and being the first responder I'll throw out my suggestion o either establish a viable direction of thought...or to point a way not to be further pursued...

Okay Dave - when I looked at this scene, I my imagination conjured up the image of a face in profile. Starting in the lower right, the face is sporting a green goatee, it then works up to an open mouth, followed by a nose protruding, then the right eye, the hair, and finally the top of the head in an arc over the top, and finally working down to the neck at the bottom. Okay, maybe I am hallucinating!!

Sandy, I see a face starting in the lower right hand corner, but not in full profile.

John, I guess that's why it's like a Rorschach test - no wrong answers and everyone sees something different. I was just curious if other would see the distinct face that I see formed from the chin sporting a green goatee to the to of the head all outlined on the right side of the picture.

Sandy I see two faces with the back of their heads joined. The first one is the one you saw more masculine or skull like and the other one is facing the opposite direction and looking down...a more feminine face with a pointed nose and hair that is like spiky fringe. I see faces in almost everything. Interesting picture :0)!

Interesting Debbie - we are apparently alike in that way. I see faces everywhere, on the tiles in the bathroom and swirls in the dealing, in the clouds, etc., etc.
