Hello, anybody home???
This place became very quiet in last couple of days. Are you all on hollidays already????

This was photographed a couple of winters ago. I'm in a mood for winter photography, but at the moment things are prety slow in this part of the world. So, I can dream, can't I?

Peričnik waterfall

Cheers,
Marko

Holidays???!!! What're they?!

Nope, busy working hard running around doing shoots, waiting for couriers to deliver things, and getting stuff ready for customers for Christmas! Be glad when Christmas arrives actually as I'll get a bit of time to slow down for a bit

Waterfall and icicles look cold Marko - I'm sure winter is winding itself up to travel down from Siberia so you won't be waiting too long :jump:

:wavey:

(ps - pic is a bit big... 720px longest side please  :wavey: )

Marko,

Its the pre-Xmas panic in the UK at the moment ...

As for the photo I think you need to adjust the white balance a bit as its a tad took blue.

OK, so Christmas panic then (where did you get that x f rom??? :jump:). Tom, I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that the blue stays inn. I like it cold, and blue is cold. Did you ever photograph with Provia 100F in overcast or foggy conditions? That's the colour I like for the ice and snow. Even digital image photographed at 5200K will look quite blue.

Ummm, sorry Nick. I had the second option (Big photo) in mind, but obviouselly missed the right line .

Cheers,
Marko

Well I like it big and I like it blue! Very nice, Marko. :toast:

I like it as it is, but I think I would also like a version with the highlights lifted more to white - if you see why I mean :toast: :toast:
