The past couple of weekends, I've "forced" my kids (but not my wife, who willingly goes) to go for short hikes in the beautiful autumn that is always Wisconsin. I've been other places during the autumn months, but never a place as spectacular as Wisconsin.
This simple photo comes from Parfrey's Glen Creek. I took several shots, but this is the only one where I got a reasonable balance of color and stillness.
Glad to see you back and posting. It is amazing what some water and leaves can stir within us. Thanks for a moment of tranquility in a hectic Season.

That water is so clear, I would not have known the leaves were floating except for the title. I like the bright yellow of the leaves against the dark background. Nicely done, Tim.

Yes Wisconsin is awesome in fall. Miss getting up there. Show us more from the season.

Enjoy the photo! And, if you'd like to enjoy a bit more you can try Autumn in the Barabool Hills.
Tim!
