James Anderson, Rod Kissinger and I met to explore the progress of the fall colors. This spot on Richland lit up when the sun hit the trees. Overall it seemed like we are at least a week away from peak colors. There was a lot of green on Richland and the Buffalo with spots like this sprinkled in.
Late this week and early next week should be good.

Nice pic Tom. It looks like you guys are setting up for a great weekend. I've got too spend some time in the Flint Hills soon. From what I can tell here, the grasses are putting on a great show right now.
