Fall Colors in Colorado
Got back last night from a week long trip to Colorado. Here is an image from Ohio Pass.
I will post a few more when I go through over 2000 images!

Tom, I have always liked that view of the Castles. I was there on Tue. but it was nowhere near this yellow. I can't believe how much it changes in a short time. It looks like I was too early or the colors were too late. I'm looking forward to more.

Very nice Tom! I will be in Denver all next week with no chance to get out and see the colors. I am glad you did!

Wow, awesome color, Tom....the snowy mountains really make this one special. Looking forward to seeing more! Any Forest Service campgrounds open last week? :toast:

Bill, most were open with some exceptions. We made it to the Maroon Bells at about 8am Tuesday morning and the gates were open. Got the iconic shot with good light at 10am, but the ranger showed up at 10:15 and informed us that they were shutting the gates within the hour. When we left people were hiking and biking the 8 miles to the lake. I saw no other Forest areas closed.
