A lean and healthy looking specimen beautifully photographed. Is that a fly hanging on just behind its forelegs?

Almost 'statuesque' in look & form, love the clarity & sharpness in this one Phil, just wished the white of the path was not above the subject.

Beautifully exposed - the eyes in particular stand out very well.

Hi Nick no 400 yards from home, David I think it's a tick or a fly.

Phil.

Excellent Phil. I am fine with the path but the fly has to go
