There are many online guides as well... a little Googling turns up the following :

The National Parks site is the official and the others are commercial of one form or another. Personally, I love TripAdvisor for info. I don't know anything about any services offered on any of the others - they just came up in the search results and looked helpful.

I have a trip planned to Havasupai in November, Ill let you know how the conditions are after the flood.
