You can either select the Instant Download or the Boxed Software, your choice, code works for both. Not sure when it expires, methinks it's July 29th, these sales are usually a week long, but I'm sure the Boxed version will sell out before then, and Newegg doesn't do rainchecks, lol.
And yep, you'll own it.

Oh, right. My bad. It'll work, you just have to sign up for their eBlast email newsletter and once you're on the list, the codes work. That's one newsletter that is worth subscribing to, the deals on PC and software-related things are pretty amazing sometimes. They sell camera gear and home entertainment too, and are authorized an Canon dealer (probably Nikon as well). Their regular prices aren't so great, but when the coupon codes come out, it gets good.
