Magnolia Falls Redux
Another trip into the Upper Buffalo Wilderness found Magnolia Falls quite lush and running well. I spent almost two hours in this little slice of heaven. I took two friends, one who is a shooter and nother who just likes the outdoors. Neither had been here before and both were just dumbstruck by the beauty ini this spot. this may be my favoirite waterfall in the Natural State.

Nice composition Bob. I especially like the subtle movement in the foreground water that doesn't detract from the main 'star' of the photo.

I'm liking everything about this one - really well-done, Bob. I've always loved this place too. Easy to get to and as beautiful as anyplace I've seen. FYI, I was there last weekend and found a huge rock in the pool below the falls. Tried to move it but it's going to take a couple of people to get it out of the way...

Thanks everyone for all the encouraging words. Bill-this shot is from last Sunday afternoon with no rock in sight......hmmmmm? :toast:

Bob - guess that was two weeks ago that I was there with a few friends. Not a great day for light, but most folks don't understand the need to get there early, so I didn't get any good shots other than a few group pics. Someone must have moved the rock...
