Bear Butte Sunset
Hi folks, lurker here from the RMNP board. My Father-in-Law live in the Black Hills so we travel there quite a bit. Been wanting to shoot a nice sunset of Bear Butte for a couple of decades but I was never there at the right time. Finally got one I'm happy with. Thanks for letting me share your scenery.

Super nice one Bill. We are always on the lookout to get told here from RMNP, so stop by and post any time.

beautiful light on the butte, with enough green to add color to the rest of the scene.

Very nice scene and wonderful super warm light. It may have taken years to get this but for me at least, it was worth the wait. Thanks for sharing this Bill ... stop in any time.

Wow! Looks as if the mountain is generating the light. NICE!

Great light, from the butte, to the clouds, and the foreground trees and grasses. Great job. I've never been to the Black Hills but would like to go sometime. Thanks for sharing some of CS beauty.
