Here's another from our November trip to Yosemite. There was a wonderful glow on the trees and Middle Cathedral Rock from the morning light reflected from El Capitan.

This is a real beauty, Preston. Gorgeous.

This came out beautifully Preston. You know I love this one. Even though the backlit version was great cause of the light, I much prefer this version all the way around. Great job processing this one too.

A good find and superbly composed, Preston! I like the the contrast in the two trees, and the FG
was well thought out with the bush in the lower left which is a real plus. The lines, textures, and
colors in the FG grasses are a lovely addition to the image.
Wow...I think we all suffer from Repeat-Photo-Itis. I think I liked the composition of your first one better with the lighting from this one... no wait the light in the other was pretty good, but some kind of combination of the two, not sure how. Ah, maybe the color from this one and the light from the first.
