Battery Memory

Folks,

Should I be running my batteries on my Nikon D 200 all the way down to empty before recharging? Do these batteries have memory? Can you recharge them when they how 1/2 used?

- - According to my Nikon Tech contact, the batteries for the D-100 and the new D-200 do not have a memory, so it doesn not matter when you recharge them. That was one of the first things I check on also.
