We took our first fall road trip this past weekend. We drove from Menomonie, Wisconsin to Park Falls and then on to our destination in Ironwood, Michigan. There were some nice colors in spots along the route but the colors around Ironwood were the best. This is a shot of the Lake Superior Basin from Copper Peak Ski Flying Hill.

Beautiful! I'm heading to Munising Michigan next Thursdays to photograph the fall colors. We will be up there till Sunday or Monday.
