Preston, seeing this scene I immediately had deja vu or at least a subliminal message kick in. I recall the day we shot from this locale. You and Youssef as I recall were up on a hill behind me as I was shooting from a lower angle with a couple other telephone guys I ran into up there. Seems like eons ago now, but still fresh enough in my mind having seen this image.
As I recall the weather was perfect with some wintertime clouds creeping in and out making for some nice light too. It was a bit later in the morning then any sunrise shot, but made for some fun shooting regardless...
Youssef, It truly was a good day out there. Like I said in my first comment listed above as soon as I saw Preston's image a light went off in my head. Like, I know I've seen this before. Only took me a minute or two to locate mine and the area became quite familiar then. I captured this image in slightly cloud covered light. As I recall, I think you & Preston had gone on top of the hill for a different perspective as well as getting away from the large crowd gathered at that point.

It looks like the color is starting to pop this year. Hopefully, those who do head to the East Side will be treated to great color and great light.
