Excellent Robert, beautiful poppy image. Might agree with Elizabeth on brightening it a bit. Not because it's too dark, but perhaps just to, well, literally brighten it up - like in a happy way? I'm sure that makes no sense what so ever.
One very, very, very, minor suggestion. There's a small dark speck where two pedals are merging in the LL "rule of thirds" intersection. It's an eye magnet for me and I think could be easily cloned out.
Gorgeous, Robert.
I would also hit that one VERY tiny spot Lon mentions. Hardly noticeable at all, but if you go big print with it you'll start to pick it out I'm sure.

Thanks everybody for the help. I'm reposting here, cloning out the dark spot that Lon and Paul brought
to my attention. I've also brightened the image, noting what Elizabeth and Lon said. I think that the new
version is an improvement.

Robert, I like the DOF much better in this shot. This really pops and is a nice composition.
