While congratulations are in order to all those that contributed to the recent landing on Mars I would like to take a moment to make a correction to an item that seems prevalent in media.
It is reported that the landing area was called Yellowknife due to the fact we sit on the oldest rock in the world. This is not factual. A quick glance at the superb photographs reveals the striking resemblance to the Yellowknife golf course.
