Hello,

Does anyone do Death Valley in December 2012? I'm going to Vegas for a wedding and would love to do a workshop in DV if I can swing it. Or do you know someone that does? We fly in December 4 and the wedding is on the 12.

Let me know
Thanks,
Cindy

Cindy,

I know that Micheal E. Gordon does DV workshops, but I don't know what he has scheduled.

He knows the area very, very well, and is an excellent teacher.

Give him a holler.

Check out Jack Graham, I know he does a Death Valley workshop, but not sure if it is December.

Cindy, another person who holds workshops in DVNP is Steve Sieren, you might check his site out for schedules and try an email to him for any updates he might not reflect on the site.

I second the Michael Gordon recommendation. Michael is an excellent photographer, teacher, knows just about every inch of Death Valley and is very fun to hang around with.

I'm putting in a second for Jack Graham's workshops. Well worth the time and money.

Cindy,

Other people have mentioned it, but Michael Gordon and Guy Tal lead a workshop Nov 29th - Dec 4th. You'd have to change your dates a bit, but I found Guy to be a perceptive thoughtful teacher during an afternoon session with him at the Moab Photo Symposium.
