portrait critique sites

Hello, and I hope I don't offend anyone, but a large part of what I do is natural light family, children, and wedding portraiture. My question is this??/ Is there a web site dedicated to critique of portraits such as NPN is dedicated to nature? thanks in advance for taking the time to respond. sally

The closest thing I've found so far to what you're looking for is PhotoCamel.com which has a portrait forum and a professional portrait critique sub-forum.

Sally, you might also want to check out Professional Photographers of America and Wedding and Portrait Photographers International. I'm not sure about their online activities, but through portfolio reviews and competitions at their annual gatherings, lots of feedback is available. We're members of both, but the rather high dues (especially PPA) are a sound investment, both for development of a business and for developing photo skills.
