Don't know about you all, but the wildflowers here are blooming several weeks earlier than usual. Went into Brandywine Gorge in the CVNP on Sunday and found Trillium in full bloom. What are things like where you are?
Around here they are about 3 weeks early. The earliest I have photographed Bloodroot was April 11 and this year I saw them several weeks ago. They are already gone on the south facing slopes.
Just about the same here. Several places have Bluebells already blooming, which normally we dont see until the second or third week of April. Lovely shot, Chuck.

At least three weeks early in Younstown (before last night's freeze).
Nice Chuck! The bloodroot is gone over here, hepatica is about done and spring beauties have been spotted. Guess I won't be making it over to get out in the CVNP this spring.

Nice. That does sound early. It was an early spring in Texas too. Trees popped at least 7-10 days early. Of course they were also 7-10 days late last year do the the cold winter we had in 2010-11.
