Flying fish
This one got away. I know it is not a great capture ( for me or the eagle) but the story is what counts. Spent an hour or so the other morning watching some of the remaining eagles I sat on the bank and they sat in the trees about a 100 yards away, about the time I was getting ready to go, one made a run for this shad. Just wish it had been a lot closer shot is cropped about half.

A very unique, interesting capture, Kendall. It looks like the fish is chasing away the eagle. I'm sure you'll get some good use out of this image. (This is one of those images that makes you regret photoshop, since most would assume that is how this was done).

Cool!!!

Reminds me of the "flying" carp that are rampant in the Illinois River.

Looks like the fish is flying out of the water, going after the Eagle. Nice catch, Kendall!
