They are going to have an Eagle Day at L&D 18 on Saturday looks like the day is going to be damp and with the warmth the eagles have dispersed again. There still shjould bbe enough that anyone will get to see some and there has been some activity on the nest. This one is just a shot from one of my trips this last week.

Great shot Toni! I went Eagle watching this week and was excited to find a nest and a pair that circled myself and the wife a few times. I have a lot of practice to do. I have a Nikon D700 with the 300mm lens and went off with the 2x and a monopod and soon removed them both just wish They kept circling after woods. I was at a bird sanctuary and was told they will be closing that part of the trails off first of March so I might have one more chance next week.
I love the sharpness and color of your picture just wish they had a option to see what the EXIF was. If you could share with me your camera setting and post processing I'd really appreciate it. I just joined yesterday looking to absorb all the tips I can get.
