I have had a query into what I would charge for one of my images to use as a book cover. I have no Idea, any help on this will be appreciated.

It all depends on the size of the initial print run of the book, with of course contractual arrangements for payments to you on subsequent runs if any. We use fotoQuote, but there are a few free online calculators that will help. I can't find the links at the moment but google Editorial Photographers for one. Some of the stock companies have online calculators for their own photos, but lots of folks go there to use the feature for themselves. But again, I don't have links. Anyone else?

Hello all, I have some more information from prospective client.
What he would like is a cover photo for a sales manual and the first printing run will be 500.
Any help on pricing will be appreciated.
