Things have been really quiet around here. Things turned brown in mid October and have remained that way with the exception one snowfall that melted after a week. This was a rare find this winter a small patch of ice with some leaves. None of the usual winter subjects can be found this winter including snow, ice, frost and birds. With no snow the birds are not coming to my feeders. To add insult in injury the lack of snow cover has brought out the ticks.
